Terms & Hosting Agreement

1. What we provide

tradez.au designs, builds, and hosts a business website for you. The service includes:

A one-page (or multi-section) website in your chosen design style
Mobile optimisation (works on phones, tablets, desktops)
Google Business profile integration (reviews, ratings, location)
Click-to-call, WhatsApp, and Google Maps integration
SSL certificate (HTTPS) for security
A web address (subdomain on .tradez.au, .biz.sydney, or .x10.au — or a custom domain you purchase)

2. Fees

Setup fee: $700 — one-time, paid before the site goes live (discount codes may be offered)
Hosting: FREE for the first 12 months, then $100/year thereafter
Custom domain (.com.au): $50/year optional add-on
Logo + business card design: $150 optional add-on
Content updates after first 30 days: $50 per edit, or $200/month for unlimited edits

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your site going live, we'll refund the setup fee in full. The site will be taken down unless you wish to continue with a pro-rata arrangement.

4. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate business information (name, address, phone, hours, services)
You are responsible for the accuracy of all content on your site
You must not use the site for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
You must respond to customer enquiries directed through the site — we do not handle customer communications on your behalf

5. Our limitations (important)

We are a hosting and design service, not your business agent. Specifically:

We do not guarantee search engine rankings or placement
We do not handle, respond to, or manage customer enquiries, bookings, or complaints
We are not responsible for the accuracy of business information you provide to us
We are not liable for lost business, lost enquiries, or revenue impacts resulting from site downtime, content errors, or service interruptions
We provide the platform; you run your business through it

6. Content ownership

You own all content you provide (photos, text, logo, business details)
We own the design template and code that powers the site
You grant us a licence to display your content on your hosted site
If you cancel hosting, you take your content with you; the design stays ours

7. Cancellation

You can cancel hosting at any time — the site comes down at the end of the paid period
If you purchased a custom domain, you keep it (we transfer it to you)
We can suspend or terminate service if fees are unpaid for 30+ days
We can terminate immediately if the site is used for illegal purposes

8. Privacy

We collect your business information solely to build and host your site
We do not sell or share your data with third parties
Customer enquiries submitted through your site are sent directly to you — we do not store or read them
Payment processing is handled by Pinch Payments — we do not store your card details

9. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Scheduled maintenance is conducted in low-traffic periods
We are not liable for outages caused by our hosting providers, DNS issues, or factors outside our control

10. Future interactivity (planned)

We are developing additional features that may be offered as paid add-ons:

Online booking/appointments — customers book directly through your site
Invoice payments — customers pay your invoices via the site (Pinch Managed Merchants)
Quote requests — structured enquiry forms with auto-response
Photo galleries — before/after showcases with upload capability
Multi-page expansion — grow from one page to a full multi-page site

These features are not included in the current setup fee and will be priced separately when available.
